Privacy policy

01 · Who is responsible

For account, organization and billing data, Fueris Technologies Private Limited, Chennai, India, is responsible for your data. For the browsing activity a work profile reports, the organization that manages the profile decides what is collected and why; we process that data on its behalf and on its instructions.

02 · What we collect

• Account details — name, email address and sign-in information. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication and never stored by us in readable form.
• Organization details — organization name, departments, roles, invitations, policies and announcements.
• Work-profile activity — the website domain visited, time spent, its category, blocked attempts, downloads, security warnings, and sign-in and sign-out times. Full web addresses only if the organization turns them on.
• Device details — device name, operating system and version, Fuety version, IP address and when the device last checked in.
• Billing details — plan, billing contact and, if given, GSTIN. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s checkout and stay with Razorpay.
• Messages you send us, such as support emails.

03 · What we never collect

• Anything from the Personal profile. It is never monitored and nothing from it is sent to your organization or to us.
• Screenshots, keystrokes, the contents of pages, or the contents of forms.
• Full web addresses, unless an admin turns them on; Fuety then shows this in the browser.

04 · How we use it

• To run Fuety: sign people in, deliver policies, block sites and build the reports admins and managers see.
• To bill organizations and send invoices, receipts and renewal notices.
• To keep Fuety secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.
• To answer support requests and send essential service emails.

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

05 · Who processes it for us

• Google (Firebase and Google Cloud) — sign-in, database and storage, in Google’s India (Mumbai) region.
• Hostinger — hosting of the Fuety Console and fueristech.com, and email.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Open-Meteo — weather on the new tab, for the city a person types in. Only the city name is sent.

Each provider receives only what it needs for its role, under its own security and privacy commitments.

06 · How long we keep it

• Work-profile activity: up to 13 months, then deleted automatically.
• Account and organization data: while the organization uses Fuety. When an organization is deleted, its data is removed within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days.
• Invoices and payment records: as long as Indian tax and company law requires (up to 8 years).

07 · Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. If your work profile is managed by an organization, please contact its admin first; we will help them answer. Otherwise, email fuety@fueristech.com and we will reply within 30 days.

08 · Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access inside an organization is limited by role. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow industry practice to protect your data.

09 · Children

Fuety is a business product for people aged 18 or over and is not directed at children.

10 · Changes and contact

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell admins by email before it applies. Questions: fuety@fueristech.com.
