01 · Accepting these terms

By creating an organization, installing Fuety or paying for a plan, you accept these terms. If you accept them for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are allowed to bind it.

People who only use Fuety as members of an organization use it under that organization’s agreement with us.

02 · The service

Fuety is a managed web browser for Windows, macOS and Linux, and an online console. Organizations use it to apply website policies to their own team on work profiles, send announcements and view usage reports. Each person also gets a Personal profile that is never monitored.

03 · Accounts and organizations

The person who creates an organization becomes its admin. Admins can invite members, appoint managers and set policies, and are responsible for everything done in the organization’s console.

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep passwords private and tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.
• Each person needs their own account; accounts may not be shared.

04 · Free trial

Every new organization gets a 7-day free trial on the Plus plan. No card is needed and nothing is charged. When the trial ends, the console becomes read-only until an admin chooses a paid plan.

05 · Plans, billing and renewal

Plans and prices are listed on the Fuety pricing page. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or bank details. Prices exclude taxes; for customers in India, GST is added at checkout and shown on the invoice.

If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay retries it. While it is failing, the organization keeps working; if it cannot be collected, the console may become read-only until payment is made.

We may change prices for future periods. We will tell admins by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to them.

06 · Changing plans

Upgrades — a larger plan, more people or yearly billing — apply immediately, and you are charged only the difference for the rest of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period already paid for (or, during the trial, when the trial ends). The console always says which applies before you confirm.

07 · Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time in the console under Billing → Payment. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by the Fuety refund & cancellation policy.

08 · Acceptable use

You are responsible for using Fuety lawfully. In particular, you must:

• install Fuety only on devices your organization owns or manages, or with the user’s agreement;
• tell the people in your organization that their work profile is managed and what is reported, and get any consent the law requires;
• not use Fuety to monitor anyone’s Personal profile or private life;
• not copy, resell, reverse engineer or interfere with Fuety, or use it to break any law.

09 · Your data

Your organization owns the data it puts into Fuety and the activity data its work profiles report. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Fuety privacy policy. You can export reports at any time, and when an organization is deleted we delete its data as that policy describes.

10 · Availability and support

We work to keep Fuety available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted service unless agreed in writing. The browser keeps applying the last policy it received while it is offline. Support is by email at fuety@fueristech.com.

11 · Intellectual property

Fuety, its software, design and the names Fuety and Fueris belong to Fueris Technologies Private Limited. Your plan gives your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Fuety while it is active.

12 · Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an organization that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts other customers or the service at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will warn the admins first. You may stop using Fuety at any time.

13 · Disclaimers and liability

Fuety is provided “as is”. Website blocking and categorisation help organizations apply their policies, but no filter is perfect, and we do not guarantee that every unwanted site will be blocked.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Fuety in the 12 months before the claim.

14 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

15 · Changes and contact
